Anadolu Agency (AA) is offering scholarships to support two master’s and two doctoral students conducting research on topics related to AA for their theses.
The scholarships aim to contribute to the academic and professional development as well as career planning of the recipients while enhancing AA’s presence in the academic field. The scholarships will support master’s and doctoral theses focusing on AA.
Within this framework, two master’s and two doctoral students will receive scholarships throughout their academic journeys. The monthly scholarship award, during the course and thesis period, will be 25,000 liras ($870) for doctoral students, and 12,500 liras ($436) for master’s students.
Applications for the research scholarship in the master’s program will be accepted only from domestic applicants. During the application process, applicants are required to submit their master’s student certificate, two letters of recommendation, a thesis topic proposal form, and an intent letter. An English language score of at least 80 from the YDS exam, or 90 from a TOEFL test taken in the last two years is also needed.
For the doctoral program, both domestic and international applicants can apply. The requirements include submitting a thesis topic proposal form, a doctoral student certificate, two letters of recommendation, and an intent letter. Applicants must have obtained a minimum score of 80 in YDS or 90 in TOEFL within the last two years.
