Anadolu’s Energy Terminal Has Launched Its Turkish Publication

With the vision of being the “Reporter of a Changing World,” Anadolu (AA) has long been documenting global developments. Now, it is presenting its followers with Turkish content through its Energy Terminal, which has been publishing in English for a considerable time.

With this project, AA is setting a precedent in energy journalism by aiming to share Turkey’s real-time efforts in this field with the public. Turkey views energy as a foundation for global and regional cooperation. The Energy Terminal, illuminating key topics on the energy agenda with analyses, reports, and interviews, is a crucial news source for investors, market professionals, and all readers who follow the energy sector.

Providing content under the headings “Electricity,” “Natural Gas,” “Oil,” “Renewable Energy,” “Finance,” and “Energy Diplomacy,” the terminal allows readers to follow sector developments in two languages.

The terminal features real-time graphics showing the daily, weekly, and monthly prices of Brent crude oil, a global market benchmark. Additionally, real-time data on electricity production and consumption can be monitored hourly based on sources. The terminal also provides live updates on spot electricity and natural gas prices determined by Turkey’s energy exchange, EPİAŞ. It shares the latest data on commodities such as gold, silver, and copper, and on companies traded on the stock exchange.

The Energy Terminal, which will keep a pulse on the sector with content that will place Anadolu Agency at the forefront of journalism in a world changing with new technologies and media understanding, can be accessed at https://www.aa.com.tr/tr/enerjiterminali.

“The terminal will be an indispensable resource for industry players.”

AA Chairman and General Manager Serdar Karagöz stated that the latest developments in the sector will now be conveyed in Turkish through the Energy Terminal, following its English version, saying, “We are presenting a resource that will allow us to stay a step ahead in understanding and interpreting the dynamics in the sector.” Karagöz emphasized their pride in introducing another innovation to the sector with the vision of being the “Herald of a Changing World,” and continued: “The Energy Terminal is designed to be an indispensable resource for industry players, not only by following the latest technology and innovations in the sector in real-time but also by offering in-depth analyses. With the Turkish version of the Energy Terminal, we are sharing the latest developments in the energy markets in Turkey and worldwide with our readers and bringing our expertise in the energy field to our Turkish publications.

With the launch of the Turkish version of the terminal, which has been publishing in English for some time, we will reach a wider audience in the sector. Turkey’s role in the energy sector has gained increasing importance in national and international markets in recent years, especially in light of significant achievements in natural gas, oil, renewable, and nuclear energy. Close monitoring of developments in such a strategic sector and their rapid and reliable transmission to the public is crucial.”
